3/4poundasparagus spears
1/2tspCrushed Red Pepper
1/2white onoion chopped
1/2cupteriyaki Sauce
Cooked long grain riceI like brown rice
Instructions
trim off fat from steak and cut it into 1/8 inch thick slices and set aside
Snap off tough ends of asparagus. Cut asparagus diagonally into 1 inch pieces, set aside
Heat a large nonstick skillet over high heat. spray pan with cooking spray and add beef. stir fry until almost completely cooked. Remove meat from pan and wipe out skillet with a paper towel.
Reheat pan and spray with cooking spray. Add asparagus, pepper, and onions. Stir fry until asparagus is crisp-tender. Return beef to pan and add teriyaki sauce and stir fry for about 1-3 minutes.
Serve over cooked rice
